Sneem
Sneem's summer festival runs for about five days in July across the village's two connected squares, with music, a summer market of local producers and craftspeople, and a heavy emphasis on family events.
The programme typically mixes children's workshops, forest school sessions, yoga, bingo and outdoor activities with evening music. Most of it is free.
Sneem is one of the most photogenic stops on the Ring at any time, and it is a good place to break the drive between Waterville and Kenmare. During the festival it is busier than usual but still relaxed.
