The Lost Sheep is a middle-distance triathlon based in Kenmare, organised by Cork Triathlon Club, and held on 29 August 2026.
Pier Road in Kenmare closes from 7am to 4.30pm on race day, from the junction with the N71 down to the pier, with the pier end given over to the transition area. The bike leg runs out along the southern side of the Ring, so that stretch carries riders through the morning.
It falls on the same day as the Hardman in Killarney, which means both ends of the loop are busy with cyclists at once. If you had planned to drive the Ring on 29 August, it is worth moving a day.
